Back from down south!

I'm back from Thanksgiving and really excited to see the Holiday Abblesauce ads that will be up and running in just a few days. I've posted a few pics below from my trip to North Carolina.

If you've read some of my posts over the last year or so you'll know how much I love Johnny Cupcakes. I went up to Portsmouth, NH this past weekend for a little college reunion and stopped into Boston on the way home to visit the JC Newbury St store. I picked up this shirt, and of course am wearing it today.

I'm going to make some judgements on the designers I may like, just from reading their bios on the Project Runway site .



First one I may end up liking...
Jillian
because she has a solid background for being such a young designer.

Second designer...
Sweet P for her vintage and L.A surf style aesthetic.

Third designer...
Victorya for her FASHION MUST: Patent leather ankle boots & colorful tights. That sounds right up my alley! Also, I love that she went back to school for design after already working toward her journalism career.

Refinery29 has made it into my top five fashion website visits each day. I first fell in love with their COUNTDOWN videos to fashion week. I love what they are doing and have even started to talk to some really nice people there about advertising Abblesauce there!

I just bought a pair of Diesel jeans. I went with the style, Matic. My mom and I tried on jeans for over an hour in the store. They really do fit like a glove and make you feel super cute.
