i have a miffy calendar...so i figured i'd check out the site. i almost died because of how cute this is.

project runway

I usually make my pick of who i think will win america's top model, after watching the first episode. soooo, we're 3 shows deep into project runway right now...so it's time i announce my pick. i think it will be alison kelly. she's my favorite and i really don't think that will change. why i like her: she has a great sense for design, she dresses really well herself, she's humble, deserving, nice, and she designs modern clothes with a touch of mod (my fav). i'm not saying that i don't like any of the others, because i also really like bradley. his outfit was gorgeous on last night's show.
i love when people have such a great sense of style!

what's going on with nylon? why is august's issue downloadable AND we get 2 free issues sent to us....AND the covergirl is ashley olsen! they could be making a killing off this month. maybe they're getting more generous in their old age? i think they're just doing really well for themselves and figured, what the heck, let's do august for free! you can get yours here .

also, i made the majority of my basic abblesauce stencils last night. i scrounged up a few old tees and did some test runs on them. black is definitely a hard color to stencil on, i'll have to do a few more layers on it. i think they're looking pretty cute! so, soon enough i'll have some up for sale on my site. woohooooo. this weekend i need to make a walmart run to get some more test tees. i'm thinking of going with alternative apparel b/c they have the adorable cap puff sleeve tees i want to use.
i can't wait to put my designs on bright yellow hoodies and short sleeved hoodies!!! i'll post some pictures soon.

i've been loving this vintage site, love love love as of late. i've been getting into the vintage dress hunt online. also, i think the site design is absolutely adorable. check her stuff, you'll love it.

keep company is having a 25% off sale...so i took this opportunity to finally purchase my owl hoodie that i've been lusting after. now i just need to buy a new pair of jordan's to wear with it, for the fall.

Finally! I located the green apple necklace online, that I bought at Renegade Brooklyn this past year. Here she is.

i haven't owned anything from LeSportsac in years now, but I'm getting ready to buy one. Last weekend, I waited on a teacher that had a LSsac apple tote. yep, i wore my puffy cupcakey frock to work. last time i wore it on the weekend and paired it with some topshop peep toe flats, and some black leggings.

i knew that one day, the world of ebay would consume me. since it's been so hot, and i didn't get AC till yesterday, i've been shopping for dresses to wear. i also loooove wearing dresses, because they make getting dressed for work and the weekend so easy. and you're always bound to feel adorable. so, i've been bookmarking some really great ebay sites. here's one that i'm considering bidding on, but i need to figure out my measurements. could i even wear this to an upcoming wedding??? found via love love love's ebay auctions.
