better views for me to see the types of clothing i want these little abbles on. i'll be using the blogspot as a place for me to think aloud...or to just see works on progress. i'll be brainstorming here. feels nice!


so here i can see an abble on the front pocket, on the side. and then an abble on the heart...or maybe even better, a giant abble on the back. hm.

time to get on lonely planet and research scotland. we (my dad and i) are flying into glasgow and then driving around for a few days before heading out into the country to stay at a gorgeous hotel. i will be staying here and eating this...whatever it may be! part of our family came from kneelan, hence our last name, cleeland. so we're going to try to stop there.

omg am i lazy? i don't have hbo and some how i manage to watch tv from 6:30-10pm last night. and nothing was on. i claim to watch antm, gilmore girls, king of queens and project runway...but only king of queens was on last night. i could be coming up with new feminine and gorgeous Abblesauce designs! however king of queens had me cracking up, so it was worth the time.

I just bought the Luella skulls and hearts oxford yesterday...a little youngish but I figured what the hey. as for these other pictures, these are things that i'd like to get for summer. this nautical cotton dress/shirt from urban outfitters, i'd wear over leggings or jeans. and the harajuku cell phone lanyard is just cute!

more trips

I'd like to be able to go home and actually work on my designs. I think that my creativity peaks at 2pm-ish. By the time I get home I want to drink juice, eat some hard pretzels and watch crappy tv and clean my room. Maybe once it gets a little warmer out I'll be more enthused. I have been itching to "get out" and do something. That's why Scotland will be a great trip. I really want to take a crazy long weekend trip somewhere though. I want to go to London and just stay in hostels. And I want to go back to Andalucia for at least a week. Also, Toms River with B is a must. I'm so used to not having money that it's difficult to believe I'll be able to go somewhere for a weekend. But I can, and I will! I also plan on going to the ruins in Mexico.

it feels really nice to be in a creative environment again. and this is ideal for me right now...close to home and an open job description. so it looks as if i will be going to scotland with my pop in a few months. i've been waiting to get back to europe! i got my haircut, it's quite short. as always, the photo i took in to my new fav sweeney mctodd's hairdresser, was that on an asian lady. it's a bit of a 3 yr old cut right now, but in no time it will be perfecto!

i really have been thinking about dresses a bit too much lately. maybe i can blame, wanting to be a doll, on my mom. she dressed me in pink each day and always bought me dresses. all summer i want to wear dresses with flats. i should really crack open that brand new singer sewing machine of mine that's gathering dust in the corner of my room, and make my own doll gowns. maybe i'll take an intro class this summer...since i finally am getting paid FT!!!! and have a real job. very exciting.
